Delivery times
At Zen'O'Pet, we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.
Please note that our products ship directly from our logistics partners and suppliers. Delivery within France typically takes 5 to 8 business days after shipping.
During high-traffic periods (such as the holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Order tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number, which we'll email you as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
Tracking can take a few days to become active, especially if the package is still being processed in the country of origin.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within France, with no minimum purchase required.
Possible delays
While we do everything we can to meet our delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Wrong or lost orders

All prices shown on Zen'O'Pet include any applicable customs fees and taxes for deliveries within France. No additional charges will be billed to you when you receive your order.
